Though my mess of icons on the desktop surely says something about me: My wallpaper is on an hourly shift, moving through several images. Mostly greenish landscapes and plant textures like this fern at the moment. Holy crap so many icons on the destkop If you'd want to empty that destkop i've got just the thing for you: About RocketDock - RocketDock.com It's a very low resource using dock, been using it for years.
