ElevatorTL's active project is Lovely x Cation which is on the list. The progress being reported on mdzanime's twitter is NOT for Cocoro@Function but for Koisuru no Last Resort, which is properly reported. Mdz worked on one route in Cocoro@Function then left that project when he finished that route and started his own project. edit: It's kinda unfortunate how little progress has been made on Cocoro@Function since mdz left that project. I'm willing to call that one dead in the water, we'll probably never get more than a partial patch for it, if they eventually finish the common route. Even that isn't guaranteed. The translator says that there is almost no work left to be done on the project.
