Man this NekoPara was just a sad excuse to fap for Catgirls... The story of NekoPara Vol 1 was really good, this one not that great... I'm afraid the next will be even worse.

So uh game for nekomimi fans should have story? Did i miss something?

I love the nekos, but I am not sure how true of a statement that is there. Haven't played vol.2 yet but 0 & 1 were just moeges. Not really story-focused at all.

There's not that much licensed for this genre I believe, I can only think of Let's Meow Meow and that was just a nukige though fan-translations of VN's such as Wanko to Kurasou (Or how you spelled it.) have also come out along with a number of monster-girl type games though those are a bit different.

(Wanko had a bit weird plot but it wasn't too bad from what little of it I actually remember, not that many choices though and I believe there was only two routes though in comparison this series have been entirely linear so far.)

Well if the second is worst than the first than i'm gonna pass this one big time, i actually liked this VN untill the sex scenes, that was a total clusterfuck or more like what happened after. It was actually a refreshing VN from all the heavy ones, it was funny there wasn't too much extra i simply liked it, i hate those VN's where it takes forever for anything to happen, anyway i didn't have a problem necessarily with the sex scenes more like with the way the story continued because of the sex scenes. I don't remember exactly anymore cuz i played it from day one and i try to be as vague as possible cuz this is not the nekopara blog but it just didn't clicked with me anymore, i dropped it right after, never finished it, though i might give another try after all the volumes are released.

Not sure if I'm allowed to post links here, but since there are otome games on this list, I figured I might as well let you all know about an otome localization kickstarter. It's not going very well at the moment (due to the company not knowing what they're doing), but here it is. Hopefully I didn't break any rules.

then why don't you just get the all ages version? (though i can understand just going for the uncensored version)

never sponsored a VN but isn't 150.000 $ just too much for localizing a visual novel ? well either way, hope they succeed in their endeavour.

I wish someone will start Eushully VNs translating.

Eushully games are massive titles that are technical nightmares. Plus, Eushully has no plans on licensing the games to be translated officially, leaving only fan translation, that don't have a good track record on translating over complicated games, with the exception of Seiha, but they have no plans on translating another Eushully game. So, odds are, nop.

Sekai basically asks for the same amount in their kickstarters. I do agree that the number does seem high, though.

yeah, that would be a bliss, but chances are you're gonna read and speak japanese before anyone will start to translate another one. I love the srpg element in the eushully titles, its really a shame that no one is trying to get a grip on a license from them, but then again you can't really force someone to give you something they don't want.
