It has been a while, dont remember when exactly. Also Rewrite+ includes Harvest festa so it will be fine even if the fan translations is abandoned. The fan translation group for AB had nothing to do with this, which is good since the "translator" admitted that he barely knows Japanese and didn't really know it at all when he started. Also they're throwing in the towel, the Angel Beats fan translation project is now officially dead. The translation is still unfinished (~88% done) but all the translated lines have been patched into the game and it's playable with a PS2 emulator.
