Well it depends on your preference on what VNs you would like to play if you like fantasy I would suggest:

Sengoku Rance https://vndb.org/v487, Rance Vl https://vndb.org/v2047, basically all Rance VNs translated if you want to know the story of what's going on try to start with the second one due to the technical trouble of the first. Rance series is a comedy-rape with a plot.

Bunny Black 1 & 2 https://vndb.org/v3947 becomes part of a demon army and rise up, it's a RPG with alot of gamplay

Castle Fantasia 2 https://vndb.org/v106, fantasy RPG with gameplay with a decent story but you you would need to play multiple times to get all the endings

Ultimate Boob Wars!! Big Breasts vs Flat Chests https://vndb.org/v10619, a nukiage with a variety of characters avoid the first this one is better in all ways, has animation for sex scenes.

Koihime † Musou https://vndb.org/v369, a nukiage with a nice cast of characters with a bit of gameplay but the fights can be skipped after beating the game once, it's a long one though.

Monster Girl Quest https://vndb.org/v5657, a HRPG with a good plot for what it is, the main character though always gets raped and all the girls you do it with are monster girls.

Kamidori Alchemy Meister https://vndb.org/v5652, HRPG with a good amount of gamplay, a decent good amount of sex scenes, and the game has three routes with plot in them.

Littlewitch Romanesque https://vndb.org/v575, a VN where you have to do certain quess to get certain scenes, multiple endings can happen.

There is others that aren't just fantasy I would recommend;

Cho Dengeki Stryker https://vndb.org/v2375, the sex scenes are subpar but the VN itself is pretty solid.

Coμ Kuroi Ryuu to Yasashii Oukoku https://vndb.org/v1896, a long VN with a interesting plot and good sex scenes in my opinion.

G-senjou no Maou https://vndb.org/v211, while the subroutes leave something to desire the Main Route is solid and a interesting plot with Psychological themes.

Imouto Paradise https://vndb.org/v5295; pure Nukiage with you guess it boning your sisters, a nice quality of sex scenes with animation to some of them.

Wanko To Kurasou https://vndb.org/v812; a nukiage with decent amount of sex scenes.

Karukoi Otome https://vndb.org/v979; decent VN where you transfer into a former all-girl school.

Wagamama High Spec https://vndb.org/v17823; New VN

Princess Evangile and it's fandisk https://vndb.org/v6710; a decent VN where your character gets into a all-girl school.

Maji de Watashi ni Koishinasai!, it's sequel, and the fandisks translated https://vndb.org/v1143; a great VN with a variety of characters you can romance and is quite enjoyable as a VN overall.

Da Capo Series https://vndb.org/v264; a nice series with a variety of characters.

Edelweiss https://vndb.org/v903; a nice VN with comedy in it and some plot. There is a also a fandisk.

Funbag Fantasy https://vndb.org/v2762, Nukiage with all Heroines having big breasts, a good nukiage in my opinion.

Libra of the Vampire Princess https://vndb.org/v17825, a decent VN leaves some to be desired.

Koisuru Natsu no Last Resort https://vndb.org/v13046, decent VN with plot elements, about working at a resort.

Rondo Duo -Yoake no Fortissimo- Punyu Puri ff https://vndb.org/v16266, Nukiage about Futanari, lesbians and all the characters are female. It's also all animated sex scenes.

There is more I could suggest but I ll leave it at these but if you like darker VNs I heard Bible Black is a must but there is better people to suggest those kinds than me.
