Melty Blood: Actress Again is the 3rd edition and also the latest versions of Melty Blood fighting game series after the original and Melty Blood: Act Cadenza.

Melty Blood Act Cadenza ver.B is a Windows PC port of the Arcade with new features such as a tag-team mode.
