I'm trying to find a source for the Eiyuu Senki delay, but cant, got a link?

In Eiyuu Senki, we had one big undertaking in particular. The game has a lot of voiced comments from the characters - especially battle dialogue, but also elsewhere in the game. However, it had no system in place to display those lines in text, so if you don’t understand Japanese, you may not get much out of them. During playtesting this spring, we decided we should add a way to display these miscellaneous voices in writing as well. Since there was no text data for them in the first place, that has meant translating about 7000 voice clips by listening to them, and creating a visually pleasing way to show them in the game. Doing that essentially ended up pushing our expected release forward by a few months, but the outcome feels so natural that I’m happy we did it.

Tenshin Ranman - There was a pretty bad translation/project of this from Craneanime (haven't heard that in a long time), but looks like they will officially pick this up.

Magical Girl Chiru Chiru - Will be out on Steam before the month is over. Koestl is NOT involved in this translation and has said it is a very questionable translation. Frontwing apparently wanted to push for it to be out now, and Sekai had no control over it. Koestl will plan to translate this later on. Since it contains references to the sequels, not recommended to be read until you finish the trilogy.

What does chapter 1 mean? You know I am interested in the game simply because it's from Minori but that chapter thingy makes it look like if they're just going to release a part of the visual novel or that the game isn't even finished.

Didn't even finish the main game so far but even then I highly doubt I'll play the FD because well, it's a FD so unless I really like a specific heroine and want to read her after story it's not going to happen.

Although many aren't translated, there are fandiscs out there that can be almost considered full sequels. I think this one is sort of like that. And one of the popular heroines in the original VN didn't have a route in that one, so it seems fans of that VN are really happy about this announcement.

My question is, do you still need the eroge part to read the visual novels? There are a lot of great VNs out there which don't contain it... there are obviously great VNs out there that contain it as well. I know it seems like your first two visual novels have been bad experiences, but story-wise, there are definitely a lot of titles out there with a better story than Hoshizora. I thought Hoshizora was good but I can see why people might not like it. Also, not required at all, but Sekai project is releasing G-Senjou this summer, officially localized.. if you can wait a little while longer, they are updating a few things, making the resolution/interface/graphics better.

Also, I would use this database https://vndb.org/ to check for English patches. If a VN has a full English patch, it'll say under their release that a full English patch was released so you aren't trying to guess which VNs have an English patch or not.

You know what I mean. Anyway, how many episodes of that world economica thingy will be released?

Finished a pair of VNs these last few days, not a review just brief statements.

Phoenix Wright was the first one. For vndb purposes it's a VN, so i'll call it a VN. Very entertaining VN with a good cast of characters. Definitely a solid way to kill some time. The last two cases in particular were very good. I probably won't jump into the second one as soon as possible but I definitely plan to play the ones that I am able to play, since I hear extremely good things about the third game. Gave this one ~8.2/10.

Phenomeno is the other VN that I read. Honestly the atmosphere and art were really good. The story was intriguing. I guess the biggest criticism is the length and how short it was because, IMO, it stops when it looks like they were going to take the next step and have a really good unfolding story. But I definitely thought it was good, Nitroplus did a great job adapting the story. Gave this one ~7.7/10.

Still at ane expo , cant promise ill have internet at the panels but will try my best. Showed up at 5am for sabers autograph and prob wont get it..did get a bunch of others. Today is the last main day..7pm Western for sekai and 9pm western for mangagamer so stop by the Sb and we will see.

Not yet.

Was kind of hesitant adding Ushinawareta Mirai wo Motomete to the list, the screenshots didn't look all that good, but apparently they will come out with proper ones later and since anon from /jp/ added it, might as well.. judge it for yourself if it ever comes out.

Also, reminder that AX is next weekend and there will be a shitload of updates. The updates for next week won't be up until at least Monday because I will be going to AX.
