I played this one. It actually has one of the most unexpected beautiful ending that I ever see.

The game opens into an "options menu" that was outdated 20 years ago

before launching. You then get some MsDos interface into an unskipable cutscene.

The game doenst even have the decency of being killable with altf4, you have to use task manager.

It is a huge game with long playtime, so it is better. Won't be S tier but at least decent A or B.

There have been some new patches that came out, and maybe more to come as this game is one huge mess of bugs. Prob worth to keep watch to see how many patches came out

Seems like the 2019 fan-tl is by Broken Dragon Translation but there's a new 2021 one by Matt Ciriazo. Maybe the latter is better?
