Miko may have forgotten a few things during her long, long sleep, but there's nothing like some intense fighting to shake up her memory.

The protagonist, Kazama Yukiya, was living a student life while earning money through his own method of exorcism and purification, in addition to receiving financial support from his parents. One day, men in black suits appeared at his place and forcibly took him back to the countryside. They were the messengers of the "main family", and Yukiya is informed by the head of the Kazama family at the mansion where he was taken that Hisame, a shrine priest he had adored like a real brother since he was young, has passed away.
Astonished, Yukiya is immediately told by the family head, "Become the shrine chief to protect the company and take on 'a certain troublesome matter' with the shrine maidens. You have the talent for it." Confused, Yukiya hears about the "troublesome matter" from the three charming shrine maidens and reluctantly accepts the task.

"We're gonna found a band for sure, I promise!"

With this promise, the protagonist had parted with a boy from his childhood. But already 10 years later, it was time to move again. Summer passes and by late September, the protagonist had already returned back to his hometown again, due to his father's job situation.
He wonders if that friend from back then still remembers their promise...

Being torn on whether to be hopeful or to give up, the protagonist introduces himself to the class as the new transfer student, is met with baffled eyes and gets hugged by a girl unfamiliar to him.

Could it be? That's the boy from his childhood! The protagonist is also baffled by how much his appearance and looks had changed. Does he still remember the promise they had made when they were children?

The protagonist looks at him sincerely and asks him for his support if he still wants to continue making music.

And from this day on, he and three other boys begin forming a band, whose goal it is to perform a gig on the school cultural festival's stage.

While as pursue that goal, their bonds deepen and these boys don't realize they've already awoken to a new pastime of their's.

The main character, Makoto Kougami, has just transferred to a new school. He has a crush on his beautiful math teacher, Shiori Toono.

She is a serious and inflexible girl who is not well received by the male students. However, Makoto is crazy about her.

One day, he sees her taking care of a cat. The two quickly become closer through their common topic of conversation about the cat she keeps at home.

Can Makoto be able to break down her firm guard?

The protagonist has married an older woman and moved in together but joining them was her college aged son. Turns out protagonist admits that his stepson is closer to his ideal woman in looks than his own wife. Also happens his stepson is very friendly and looking forward to get closer to him.
