Its machine translated, if you skip through all the dialogue, there isn't much to the gameplay. You spend the day either training your skill (between swords and magic) and you can choose to fight monster (which is just an autobattler with a probability of winning based on your combined sword and magic skill). There are lots of stuff to do, like talking to different characters, quests, detective investigation(?), it would have been nice if they were fleshed out and with the translation I ended up skipping through all the dialogue anyway. Because the quests are so easy(just click on everything and reload if you take the wrong choice) and give really good rewards, it kinda trivializes the difficulty. But it was fun for a bit, just becomes grindy quickly. 

 

But hey, the sex scenes are animated
