Ryouude ga Oreta node H na Osewa o Sareru Hanashi

On his way home from university, the protagonist, Kikuchi Hayato, suddenly encounters a girl chasing a cat and running into the road.
A truck comes speeding towards them, and Hayato jumps into the road in a panic to save the girl and the cat.

As a result, the girl and the cat are saved, but Hayato suffers serious injuries, including complex fractures in both arms that will take six months to heal.
Appearing before the despairing Hayato is the girl he saved, Kusunoki Airi.
Airi offers to take care of everything for Hayato.
