The number of female prison officers has continued to decline, but the number of female criminals incarcerated has only increased…
As a result, women’s prisons are constantly short-staffed.
Meanwhile, a new male prison officer is assigned to a women’s prison.
He receives a single order from his instructor:
“Make the criminals realize the crimes they have committed, no matter what the means.”
