Student detective Chijinda You works hard to solve a series of disappearances at Yabaize Academy, but behind the incidents lies the terrifying ambitions of the Advanced Science Research Club. After being caught in a trap set by the club’s vice-president and shrunk, Chijinda is attacked by rats in the sewers, nearly crushed by a female student who mistakes him for an insect, and eaten by Erika, a club member who tries to destroy the evidence. With the help of Ookiku Narue, who has followed Chijinda to the school, Chijinda enters the Advanced Science Research Club’s underground laboratory to return to his original size.

In the near future, humanity has achieved remarkable progress with the discovery of infinite energy called "Akasha Particles." However, this advancement also brought about the emergence of "Gigantic Beasts," which dethroned humans from the top of the ecological hierarchy.
