I've downloaded all the files but now even though i mount the ISO file it's not opening at all. Anyone knows how to fix this?

Yo, hate sounding stupid ,but there is no link to english patch, or am I missing something? Game is in japanese and the text file you posted before with instructions on instalation seem to imply there is a patch. So how do i English this one?
