Returning from Tokyo to the island where he once lived, Kirishima Yuu reunites with his childhood friend Minase Sekai.

Sekai, who had once dreamed of becoming an idol, now seems to have lost her sparkle and is on the verge of giving up on that dream.

Wanting to see her smile again, Yuu makes a proposal: make Sekai debut as a virtual idol using illustration he drew himself.

Both Sekai and Yuu are new to virtual activities, but together they managed to debut as virtual idol named "Isekaijoucho".
Feeling encouraged by their first livestream, the pair set out with the goals of reaching 100,000 subscribers and holding a real-life concert.
