Cross+Channel kerning issue

I started to play Cross+Channel again today, but stopped after a legibility issue hampered my ability to enjoy it. The kerning (space between letters) is way off, even worse than it is in the English version of Wanko to Kurasou. I don't remember it ever being a problem before now, and I'm a couple hours in.

Any suggestions or fixes would be appreciated.

Try copying Inconsolata.ttf from your Cross Channel folder into C:\Windows\Fonts

Thanks, that worked! I'll try to remember that for future reference. I seem to remember trying to do something like that for Wanko to Kurasou and it not working for me or other people.
