Would there happen to be an English patch for the game, Maken Shoujo Envy ~Blade of Latens · Honoo no Keishousha? I'm totally new to VN's and pretty new to anime ,and I just came across this game and immediately wanted to play it. I'm sorry if I posted this on a wrong thread.

Nope, no English patch for that VN. If you want to see if a particular VN has an English patch, you can check on vndb.org. For instance, Maken Shoujo Envy. If you look at the languages, it only says Japanese. That means there is no English patch released or English patch in the works.
