"Japanese" exe errors

Hello, i'm new to this forum so sorry if i misplaced this thread.

 

 

I have some kind of wierd error looking like this

 

I get this on every game when i try to execute the .exe files when in japanese locale. Otherwise if i'm not in japanese locale i get only the blue screen with the usual error or a runing game.

 

I'm runing on Win XP sp3. I changed to japanese locale recently and just like some time ago. Before the games were runing perfectly with the japanese locale, now this error. Any idea why is that and/or how to fix it?
