Hoshizora no Memoria -Wish upon a Shooting Star

Can anyone tell me why do i keep getting the

my local set is japanes and i followed the installation steps -_-

Does your windows username have any strange letters or symbols? Try creating a new windows account with a simple name and with admin privileges and try running hoshizora from there.

Yes , Russian letters , thanks i created one and it's working now
