everytime i try to start the game i get the error message TVP(KIRIKIRI) 2 core / Scripting Platform for Win32 is not working. can someone help im running windows 7 with japanese local

I reckon you're not using Windows 7 Ultimate (which has all language installed... Or at least the font pack if I remember correctly).

You will need some sort of language pack, see if the following link helps?
