Period - Missing Last CG

I finished the whole story but my CG completion is stuck at 99%. Anyone know how to get the CG on the "Other" page, first row, fifth column?

 

Though it was a shame to just delete the images without doing anything with them so I post some I saved. Consider it as payment

You can get the last CG (L3 choices) after you finished Koto-sensei's route (maybe, because I realize I missed a CG after completed Koto-sensei's route). It's Hatsumi-chan's masturbating (No, Mitsuki doesn't lay a hand on her). Damn. Only 1 CG for us megane zokusei. And the only oppai you can grab. HAH! HAH! HAH! Because the other girls are flat.
