I'm using Windows 10 with Japanese system locale

I wasn't even planning on using the patch actually. I just downloaded what seemed to be the full raw version from here. https://erogegames.com/aiyoku-no-eustia-306/ When I said this was my first Japanese one I meant it would be my first one that I intend to read raw, sorry for not being clear.

When I try to install the game an error pops up. I think it's asking me to insert the disk or something which I've already mounted. Could somebody help me please? I'm a little new to visual novels, this is my first Japanese one.
