I suppose I could try first reextracting then redownloading, but since it's with 2 different games and the symptoms are exactly the same, I guess I thought that seemed unlikely. That said, it seems like a much more distinct possibility now that I tried DC2 just out of curiosity and it seems to be working just fine.

I'm having problems running both Da Capo and Edelweiss. They both immediately black screen and the process has to be aborted. Anyone know what might be causing this and how to fix it?
