I had to copy another steam api file from another game I downloaded from here to get it to work properly. Once you have it, it should open with no problem. If you have other Higurashi parts, try their api.

Which game's api did you use. the first two chapters did not have the api lol

When I start the game it takes me to the steam page instead of starting. think its because of the steam api file. I've tried cutting it from the folder but the exe still does not start the game, but opens steam.
