I love Kajiura Yuki. I've got the Kalafina albums along with the soundtracks from Kara no Kyoukai, Noir, Fate/Zero and Madoka. I particularly like the compilation album for the Kara no Kyoukai BGM.
As for the question, that is indeed an easy one. No one mentioned the recap movie which aired before the 7th, though, which is actually quite a bit of fun. It has footage from each of the movies in order that plays alongside the Kalafina credit themes for each particular movie. So counting that and the two epilogues (one that isn't out yet), 10 movies.

Alright, I'll just add 5 more VN that I wish it to be translated. (let's have an eternal waiting...)
Subdesu H has translated all of the H scenes from Sisters ~Natsu no Saigo no Hi~ and released them as videos, since they're all fully animated anyways.

I really liked the Amazing Grace remixes in G-Senjou no Maou, as well as the remix of In the Hall of the Mountain King.
My favorite is probably still the Song of Saya BGM, though. So eerie, I love it.

Saya no Uta (big surprise) is definitely my favorite. It's also the main thing that got me into visual novels in the first place. I've always loved really dark stories, but I'm not a big fan of horror. Urobuchi Gen manages to make some really dark stuff that doesn't quite feel like horror.
After that would be a tie between Fate/Stay Night and G-Senjou no Maou.

Oh, I could've posted the full sized one if someone was looking for it. Oops.

Not even sure if Senjougahara Hitagi can be considered a tsundere.
Not sure how she WOULDN'T be considered tsundere. She even breaks the fourth wall a bit early in the series to mention it.

Gotta throw Senjougahara Hitagi in there, of course.

^ I love those games, can't wait for the prepare to die DLC!

You should give them a shot.
I've seen at least an episode from all of them except Beelzebub and Fairy Tale, and they just aren't my cup of tea. I usually find myself going for shorter series that get to an ending in a reasonable amount of time. There are a couple exceptions, of course. (Monster is pretty long, but has next to no filler, and Urusei Yatsura is extremely long, and is entirely episodic)
