    It's a locale issue. You have to set your system locale to Japanese. OR I got away with checking on the UTF-8 setting in language settings, extracting the game with winrar (ctrl+e and select Japanese) and launching the patch exe with a locale emulator. https://xupefei.github.io/Locale-Emulator/
