can the windows size changed? I can't play it on 1280x720 because my netbook screen resolution is small

@Marco: unchecking the "Use Direct 3D E-mote mode" doesn't seem to working on me.

is there anyway to disable the motion? Or at least make the CG static? My netbook can't take it and making the game really slow.
