There was this site which I went on, literally in June, which had a lot of visual novels and had this "download translation patch" option. The quality wasnt high end, but it was readable, and it let me buy japanese vns and just add in the eng patch. Does anyone remember the site - it had a pink-ish background, it had character descriptions for the characters in the VN. It had so many popular ones and I remember being very surprised that this even included Atelier Kaguya eroges, which are notorious to get a translation to.
