I figured out how to get the game installed and got the partial translation patch, so all I have left to do is download japanese language packs. Thanks for all the help!

I got it to be able to be installed, but my computer won't recognize the majority of the japanese text, so is there a way to convert it to english?

What do you need in order to access the bin files?
