Sorry to necro-post this but I'm having the same kind of problem, figured I'd just post here instead of making a new thread. Im using win7 32 bit, locale already in japanese, used the RC2 patch, updated drivers, CCCP installed. EDIT: Crap, sorry, looks like it's caused by enabling LCS.

Well now.... Looks like I just got served. hahaha ) Here I thought that was going to be the project. Thanks for the info though chief.

Looks like this game is near completion, right now they're translating the extra disc, thanks to aroduc(seiha translations:kamidori,daibanchou,battle moon wars). So I was wondering if there will be an upload for the said game here?
