This seems like a pretty appropriate place to discuss it, but there was a Deardrops/d2b concert OVA released recently, but judging from PVs and various clips, it was barely animated...leave it to Silverlink to make something have crap animation.
There aren't any subs for it and we probably won't see any soon, but there are clips of the songs. It's interesting to see the characters of Kira*Kira and Deardrops "kind of" animated.

future reference:
Game is "Kira*Kira" and the soundtrack has the "Show Time" subtitle.
PS2 version of the game has subtitle "Rock'n'Roll Show"
Fandisc is "Curtain Call" and soundtrack for it is "Rock'n'Roll Never Die"
"Show Time" has altered versions of the games tracks (one more guitar track, longer, etc) and a bonus HAPPY CYCLE MANIA track (Samsara)
"Rock'n'Roll Never Die" has the three tracks from Curtain Call (again, extended), but the majority of the songs are from the online radio show "Radio d2b on Air" (there is also a track with this name).

This is a soundtrack.

I think Deardrops wasn't as good as Kira*Kira, personally. I also liked curtain call a little better too :x. There is this song from Deardrops that I really, really like, though.
I think the same. The other routes in Kira*Kira felt like actual alternate stories while the ones in Deardrops felt like afterthoughts. Yayoi and Rimu's routes were a lot shorter and had less development than Kanade and Riho's.
The music in Kira*Kira had a lighter tone to it as well.

There's a bunch of extra songs in the PS2 version IIRC, none of which are in the album.
