In order for the drm.bat to work you need to have the game where the program specifies it

In my case was C\Users\me\downloads\TickTack

After moving the game folder there it worked for me

I am also quite a Koihime fan and I took the game from this site about a year or so and since then I looked for Shin Koihime translations but its dry
