  1. My opinion based on visual novels is, they are more or less a book for me with the difference that I can kinda decide where the story is going.

As bonus you have a more "picture book" style with voices etc. but generally i would count them more towards books than games, i mean u "read" them most of the time and not "play" per se.

There are exceptions like YU-NO or other RPG like VNs but overall they tell great storys and are often even bigger than most books out there if you count text/words alone.

  2. How about

YU-NO: A Girl Who Chants Love at the Bound of this World (Kono Yo no Hate de Koi o Utau Shoujo YU-NO)

the original which u can get here. Story is very nice told and its kinda new exp from the modern visual novels. If u can look away from the adventure/point-and-click elements give a try but with a guide unless your a big M. Or you wait until october for the remake to be released.

Otherwise here are some i think you might like

    Chaos Child (Chaos;Child)

G-senjou no Maou (G-senjou no Maou)

    Hapymaher (Hapymaher)

A Clockwork Ley-line (Tokeijikake no Ley Line -Tasogaredoki no Kyoukaisen-) only read 1. title but cant wait for the last 2 titles.

Hope something is in there for you

  3. Hi guys,

    i have a question.

I did download und install Dra+Koi after the installation guide and my pc is jap locale. Now i want to know, does this game have no voices? Im currently at the point where the Dragon Girl meets with the protagonist and i didnt hear any character voices so i was wondering if something doesnt work since in the options/settings is a voice parameter.
