Is this a homebrew or an actual DS game?

Is this in english or do I need a traanslation patch?

When I open the exe file, it opens a blue window with what looks like C coding, and an error message that says "Max regex search depth exceeded",. Can someone please help me with this?

Do you only use downloadani? It does not work well for me when downloading anything over 300 megabytes.
