Thanks for the help! Doing the method you suggested got the game working

Every time I try to run the application, I get a a window that pops up with an error and behind it is another monitor that has a blue background and contains coding text. I've tried changing my region and language to Japanese, except that isn't letting the program to run. Is there another method, my operating system is Windows 8.1 if that helps. Thanks
