If the game isn't loading and has a message in japanese this is what you need to do. If you have windows 10 you have to change your computer's location to japan.

1.) Go to settings

2.) Select time and language and scroll down to related settings and click date time region formatting. Scroll down to see related settings that says additional date,time & regional settings and click it.

3.) A new window called clock and region will open so from there click the change date, time, & number formats under region. The new window region will open now from there go under the administrative tab and change system locale language to Japanese for non-Unicode programs.

4.) Reset pc and after that the game should work if you have everything installed correctly
