How do you install the games here? I've downloaded a different game but it won't install, it only has 2 parts and a file was broken when I extracted the second part. When I tried to run the exe file, it only showed a weird blue coding window.

how to install the games here?

Seemed games you downloaded are originally from JP which would be bother if you run it in your PC without its language/localization.

Try googling how to use applocale, hope it helps.

And whenever you got damaged/corrupted .rar/.zip/.7z, I suggest to find another sources with good archives.

try googling "how to use applocale", hope those will run well.

also, considering yourself for finding another sources without broken/corrupted files.
