You suffer from a strange “condition” that you could never tell anyone about.

For reasons unknown, even the slightest physical contact with the opposite sex sends your body into a state of burning heat and uncontrollable agitation. Headaches, intense swelling in your lower body, and other symptoms have begun to seriously affect your everyday life.

Hoping to solve this major problem before starting university, you follow a rumor to a mysterious inn on Kirishima Island—an inn said to “put an end to loneliness”—in search of a way to save yourself.

But what awaits you there is a mature and alluring landlady who seems to see right through everything, an ancient charm of unknown origin, and a black cat calling itself a “god of matchmaking.” Guided by this strange cat, you unexpectedly uncover the mysterious nature hidden within your body and become entangled in a chain of fate stretching back a thousand years…

Your university life has not even begun, yet everything has already started to change—including the world itself…
