i just completed hanachirasu

there are 4 missing CG

There is a "secret room" button that i can't unlock.

 

 

i was directed to this page after completing n–ÂŽU‚ç‚·

since i can't read japanese, and google translate will not work on pictures, i have no idea what its telling me to do. So i am asking if there's anyone who can tell me how to unlock the er.. "Secret ROOM" in the main menu, and what those 21 japanese cg(following the link, they are probably meme's that make no sense to me) are..
