Help with G-Senjou no Maou

Okay, so I've successfully installed the game, but I can't quite figure out how to get the English patch to work.

 

Am I supposed to start the English patch and run the game in it?

That's what I've done and it's still in Japanese.

The easiest way to do it is - Mount the disc with Daemon tools and just run/install the patch (if you didn't mount the disc, you'll get this screen http://i.imgur.com/Uevm3.jpg?1). The patch will install the game for you and apply the translation automatically. Just make sure you remove the game before doing it, since you've installed it already. It should work no problem like that.
