Shinigami no Kiss wa Wakare no Aojji display issue

So long story short how can i get this to display in actual fullscreen. Because currently fullscreen makes it the right hieght but i get black bars on the left and right. Ive tried playing around with the config file but changing the aspect hieght or width just shrinks the screen and doesnt do anything to solve my issue. Any ideas?

The resolution of the VN is 800x600. The black bars on the left and right are supposed to be there. If you want to get rid of those black bars, the screen will stretch and it won't look good.

I can't even get it to work in full screen, it crashes and locks up.
