Ikinari Anata ni Koishiteiru, I can't get the patch to work?

You see the title. I can't get it to work. I extracted the file and have the folder, now what? Do i go in each part of the folder of the patch and copy and paste it into the game or something?

 

Give to me step by step with pics if possible.
