School Days HQ Haarem route

i wantend to take the Haarem route one, but in my act III the walktough is different, i have follow the guide but in act three after the H scene i had only a [X] choice so written in the guide is look like Act III - 1 2 2 1 0 2 2 H 1 2 [X] is the Walkthroughs up to date ?

and count the "train scene" as one or more scene what i mean is Act III - 1 2 2 1 0 2 2 H 1 2 1 1 H count the choice for the route or not ? i have count it as 1 2
