If my heart had wings installation issue

After installing the game(english version), and/or applying the uncensor patches, i am getting a error - d3dx9_43.dll is missing.

 

I have tried reinstalling, repairing, putting it in different folder. None of those worked.

 

Then i tried downloading the dll file from elsewhere(my directx is the most recent version for my windows). I got another error after that: XINPUT1_3.dll is missing. Fine, i downloaded and copied that dll file too. Then i simply got the error "the application failed to start correctly".

 

I downloaded the installer via nyaa torrent. Have tried downloading it again, but to no avail.

 

I disabled UAC. My PC is on japanese locale. I am at my wits end. First ayakashibito, now this. sigh

 

i have windows 7, SP1. I have directx 11
