Kaskade 12
Hey guys, I'm not too sure where to put this thread, but I'll give it a shot. Does anyone know how to extract or take out .mp3 files of the BGM from a VN? Especially if the VN has a sound mode such as G-senjou no maou. I'm dying to put a couple onto my iPod Thanks in advance
OneManArmy 82
This is what I'm using. Extract : Crass, http://tlwiki.tsukuru.info/index.php?title=File:Crass-0.4.14.0.bin.7z Convert : Google for 'Free Audio Converter' You could also try to search for a visual novel OST download. Arco 10
Sometimes it's easier to extract the music directly from the game, and other times it's easier to just grab the OST off of the net. It really just depends on whether the OST files are still available on whatever site they were hosted on.
Kaskade 12
Wow thanks a lot everbody That really helped, I shall try them out now! Edit: It worked perfectly for G-senjou No Maou because of the fact that the files were in .xp3. However, crass didn't work for MLA, since the the files were in another extension (.rio, .ami) Any ideas? ML really has some epic music. Thanks again everybody =] Edited March 13, 2012 by Kaskade

Thanks again everybody =] OneManArmy was right about this; once you have the files regardless of their type, you can always go find a free audio converter that converts whatever filetype to your standard mp3 and the like. One of the programs I found a while back is literally called 'free mp3 wma ogg converter'.
