The fan disc is built into this title. In fact, I litterally just started it. However, it is locked behind the "base game". If you want to play, I suggest just enabling the skipping of unread text and blasting through the four "base game" routes. The enforced playing order, hidden by a spoiler box, is: During the segments where you make a choice, you'll notice the heroines faces appear alongside some of the choices.
