every tim i want to extract the files Errors like broken file have shown up... do i have to downlode it again or are there any other Things i can do? (i think the reason is that i dont have downloaded alle files Jet, but i really dont know )

every time i wanted to extact the files Errors like broken file, how can i fix it ? do i have to download it twice ?
