I am saying that if the reason they don't want to bring it is because they are unsure of the sales or they don't have founds they can just run a KS or something for a given time. Like a form of pre-buying the game and after that given time if they don't reach the goal just give it back. Not just JAST but any company could do that.

I have seen so many people asking for it all over the internet. Maybe I'm saying something stupid but I don't think the non-exclusive license for translation and paying someone to translate it would be too expensive for so many people in a kickstarter or crowdfunding.
