Sorry but i'm new and having trouble opening game files

Sorry friend helped out seems like was going to the wrong files since i didn't which was the right one sorry for the inconvenience -
You see I have recently downloaded the ppsspp emulator and now since i have downloaded the files it always opens in ppsspp i don't know where i'm spposed to open the files PLEASE HELP Much appreciated-Tyger
