Is project Sakura War announced for PC, or just for PS4?

Since Sengoku Rance was heavily pirated and translated since age, I believe they will do the same deal than with 5D and VI. Sell it together with Rance VIII for 40-50$. That way, the game will still sell well (while a stand alone release would be crippled) and they can justify a bigger price tag for Rance VIII. My bet is also on december, for a bundle Sengoku + Rance VIII for 45$.
